Refund/Cancellation Policy

At BizKidz - Lake Havasu, we strive to deliver exceptional educational experiences for children. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for our classes.


1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

   a. Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund of the class fee if you cancel your enrollment at least 7 [seven] days before the day of the class you want to cancel. Registration fees are non-refundable.

   b. Partial Refund: If you cancel your enrollment within 6 [six] days before the day of the class, a partial refund may be available. The exact amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the expenses incurred by BizKidz - Lake Havasu up to that point.


2. Requesting a Refund:

   a. To request a refund, you must submit a written request by email to Classes@bizkidzlhc.com. Please include the following information:

      - Full name of the student

      - Class name and date

      - Reason for cancellation

   b. Refund requests will be processed within 2 [two] business days of receiving the request. Please note, cash or check payments are mailed to the address provided in the student's profile. please keep the student's profile up-to-date on current mailing address.


3. Refund Methods:

   a. Credit Card Payments: If you made the payment using a credit card, the refund will be issued back to the same credit card used for the original payment.

   b. Cash or Check Payments: If you made the payment using cash or check, the refund will be issued via check and mailed to the address provided in your student's profile.


4. Non-Refundable Fees:

   a. Registration Fee: The registration fee is non-refundable.

   b. Materials Fee: If the class includes any materials or resources Not already provided by BizKidz - Lake Havasu, the materials fee is non-refundable once the materials have been distributed to the student.


5. Cancellation by BizKidz - Lake Havasu:

   a. In the unlikely event that BizKidz - Lake Havasu cancels a class, you will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid in the event that an alternative date has not been scheduled for a make up class.

   b. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as early as possible if a class is canceled. Refunds will be processed within 2 [two] business days of class cancellation.


6. Transfers:

   a. bizkidz - lake havasu does not allow transfers of classes to another person outside of the family household. if you would like to change registered students for classes to another child in the same household, please speak with the instructor and arraignments can be made.

Note: This refund and cancellation policy applies specifically to classes organized by BizKidz - Lake Havasu. For programs or events organized in collaboration with other entities, separate refund policies may apply, which will be communicated at the time of enrollment.
