Welcome to BizKidz - Lake Havasu! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BizKidz - Lake Havasu website ("Website") and participation in our classes ("Classes"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Website or attending our Classes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Website or attending Classes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Website or attend Classes.


2. Website Use

(a) Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Website.

3. Classes

(a) Enrollment: To participate in our Classes, you must complete the enrollment process, including payment of any applicable fees.

(b) Attendance and Conduct: Students enrolled in Classes are expected to attend and participate actively. You agree to abide by all rules and guidelines provided by the instructors. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in your removal from the Class without a refund.

(c) Intellectual Property: All materials provided in the Classes, including but not limited to lesson plans, presentations, and handouts, are protected by intellectual property rights and are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display these materials without the express written consent of BizKidz - Lake Havasu.


4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and Classes are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BizKidz - Lake Havasu does not warrant that the Website or Classes will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Terms of Service for In-Person Classes

Welcome to our in-person classes! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in our classes ("Classes"). Please read these Terms carefully before attending our Classes.

1. Registration and Enrollment

(a) Eligibility: To enroll in our Classes, you must meet any age or other eligibility requirements specified for each Class. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

(b) Enrollment Process: To enroll in a Class, you may need to complete a registration process, provide accurate and complete information, and pay any applicable fees. Enrollment is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to accept or decline enrollment in our sole discretion.


2. Attendance and Conduct

(a) Attendance: By enrolling in a Class, you agree to attend the scheduled sessions promptly and regularly. If you are unable to attend a session, please notify us in advance, if possible.

(b) Conduct: You are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the Classes. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior towards instructors, staff, or other participants may result in your removal from the Class without a refund.

(c) Compliance with Rules: You agree to abide by all rules and guidelines provided by the instructors and staff during the Classes. Failure to comply with these rules may result in your removal from the Class without a refund.


3. Intellectual Property

(a) Ownership: All materials provided during the Classes, including but not limited to lesson plans, presentations, handouts, and any other instructional materials, are the intellectual property of the class organizers or their respective owners. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in these materials.

(b) Personal Use Only: The materials provided during the Classes are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or modify these materials without the express written consent of the class organizers.


4. Health and Safety

(a) Assumption of Risk: Participation in our Classes involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion and the possibility of accidents or injuries. By attending our Classes, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.

(b) Health and Fitness: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in proper physical condition to participate in the Classes. If you have any underlying health conditions or concerns, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before attending.

(c) Safety Guidelines: You agree to comply with all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the instructors and staff during the Classes. This includes wearing any necessary safety equipment and following any safety protocols.


5. Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the class organizers, their affiliates, instructors, staff, and volunteers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your attendance at the Classes, including but not limited to any injuries, accidents, or damages to personal property.


6. Modifications and Cancellations

(a) Changes to Classes: The class organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, location, instructors, or content of the Classes at any time. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to notify you in advance.

(b) Class Cancellations: The class organizers may cancel or reschedule a Class due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events. In the event of a Class cancellation, you may be offered a refund or an alternative class session, at the class organizers' discretion.


7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arizona
